I need a Form Builder project using ASP.NET to create a form builder website with a simple authentication sytem (sign up and login using email , password) I need a form builder project using asp.net 1- registration with signup and login 2-A form builder with the full input controls such as : checklist, text fields, dropdowns, radio buttons, etc... 3- be able to create forms or fill out forms 4- need a database to save all answers and databases 5- Ability to translate the page from english to arabic. (I really need it done before 18/5)
