Ho necessità di una nuova pagina web da integrare nel portale degli utenti di osticket, con cui raccogliere circa 10 campi di testo libero inseriti dall'utente, ed un pulsante per l'inoltro dei dati acquisiti ad una specifica casella email predefinita. I dati dovranno inseriti dal form dovranno solamente essere mandati per email. Lo stile della pagina dovrà essere in linea con questo: Con un nuovo pulsante "Richiedi utenza" accanto a quello esistente dedicato all'apertura del ticket.
