Il sistema dovrebbe immagazzinare i contatti ad ogni richiesta, prelevando i dati dal form compilato dal cliente. I contatti dovrebbero essere associati all'agente o almeno mostrare il riferimento dell'agente con cui hanno lavorato. In caso di compilazione del form da parte dell'agente sarebbe perfetto richiamare i dettagli con una sorta di completamento automatico.... Per esempio digitando il cognome del promoter, avere una scelta a video e selezionata una voce completi in automatico il resto dei campi.
