Hi, i am a bit of a one man band with SF and not very technical, so l could do with some help to get SF do what l want. Case by Case, issue by issue as and when l run into things. Right now, we have webforms coming in as sales leads, 20% of which turn out to be support requests. How can we change a lead into a case ???

We need to merge a few Excel CSV files and think we need to set up some "vlookup" tables to make sure that the data from the different files goes to the correct customer. We need to create 1 Excel file that we can then uplaod into Salesforce. Thank you for taking a look at this. Cordially, Greg
