For this project, I need an Autodesk Revit (RVT) model to be created for the purpose of quantity takeoff. The focus of this model should be on the structural elements (no rebar) and finneshs . The model should accurately reflect existing conditions and all existing construction materials should be reflected as best as possible in the model. With this model, I will be able to clearly and efficiently generate a quantity takeoff and inform our future projects. The final model must be error-free and meet the highest of quality standards. We need to determine what size of a concrete slab for a 30,000 gallon stainless tank. I have attached pictures and have calculated that the area that the tank touches the ground at 33 square feet. We need to know how thick to pour the slab and if any other treatments are necessary (Rebar, fiberglass, etc) and what PSI for the concrete. These would need to meet American Engineering standards so that if the entire project gets engineered the calculations already meet what is necessary for a permit. Total width of the tank is 13 feet. The estimated weight is 20,000 lbs of the tank.

Original plan is to pour the piers monolithically and have them rise 4 feet above grade, but if this creates unstable hinge points in the columns, the piers can be designed much shorter with the steel posts taking up most of the 9 foot height.
