Ovvero vorrei aggiungere 3 option Button "Pubblica Amministrazione" "Azienda" e "Privato" in testa al form e se seleziono il primo option Button, il campo personalizzato "sdi" (per esempio) deve essere required. Se seleziono il secondo option button il campo "sdi" deve essere required e precompilato con 7 zeri. Se seleziono il terzo option button il campo "sdi" deve esssere non required.
