Convert c++ projects to Delphi projects

I am looking for a developer with Delphi experience. The project includes creating a relatively small program that will be used to demonstrate how to consume TD Amaritrade's REST API's including OAUTH 2 authentication. TD Ameritrade's API's are very well documented. I prefer someone who has already worked with their API's but I will consider someone who has solid Delphi and REST experience.

We use a function to detect how long the "computer" is Idle with no user input. In some later OS this function fails and never shows Idle time. According to info on stack overflow and others this is due to an issue with 49 days... and advises using GetTickCount64 instead. However on some OS (i.e. Windows Server 2016) the SecondIdle resets to some seemingly random value (such as 366,770) I include a smal sample program to test with. Include BlueMagic in your response and dont bit more the $35. for this I assume the answer in this link should be the proper workaround
