I have a working zimbra mail server run running as a virtual machine on a kvm hypervisor (proxmox) and can give you access and a test demo if required. The virtual machine can be exported as a vmdk file and also run on vmwares esxi hypervisor if required. I have both hypervisors running in a dedicated data centre. I can create training videos through youtube if required, let me know?
