I am sharing the steps to start the EC2 instance below: To start an Amazon EBS-backed instance: [1] Sign in to the AWS Management Console and open the Amazon EC2 console at [2] In the left navigation pane, choose Instances and select the instance. [3] To start a stopped instance, select the instance, and choose Instance state, Start instance. [4] It can take a few minutes for the instance to enter the running state. [+]
