Preference for person who is within central Luzon We are setting up a offshoring operations and given the COVID restrictions we need someone to: 1) provide general advise and feedback on working in a offshore context 2) provide local contact and tasks execution for our business as it grows. 3) review office leasing space locations Person should have experience in working in a corporate office environment in the Philippines, preferably in a offshore or outsource setting. Must have: - a degree of lateral thinking and ability to problem solve - Good communication skills in English - ability to show initiative - Degree preferred. - Experience with recruitment in a Philippine context (nice to have) - Experience with payroll in a Philippine context (nice to have) The amount of time will vary at the start but it is hoped this will be come a ongoing role.
