Game developer needed [Long term - Urgent]

I have a game proposed to be developed with a unique way of working, its not big though but its a game. Be fair while bidding, as its not one time requirements maintenance and all awards goes to further same person. We are preferring someone who has prior experience in gaming development with good UI ofcourse and also we are willing to give this to professional team of developers.
