We want to develop a mobile app in iOS/Android/Blackberry formats and create a database of users that can then make different offers, send notifications, etc. to users based on their profile and/or location/interests/etc. The server admin will be able to send news, push notifications, etc. to the apps. and set up rules for these to be triggered. Some extra features we can explain via PM too. Then we wish to be able to quickly and easily create new versions of the mobile app for different users. I will supply the design/layout and would ideally like to be able to complete this project within a month or so if possible. Not sure of the exact skills necessary. Full details via PM.
