PHP Posting game for Facebook

I need a game made for Facebook in PHP and MySQL. Here are the specs I need: 1. People will participate who have been customers of a company in Guatemala, they will probably get a code they enter, don't know yet. 2. You go to this game by going to Libertopolis on Facebook, there will be a button that says, "Dreaemin with Intelaf. When someone goes in it will capture their info and save to the DB 3. Once captured and the user has given permission to the app a design will appear that says "Prize this month" and a button that says "Participate" 4. I click participate and enter my information, this is separate info from what was grabbed from FB since this is legal info for the invoice generated: Name, Tel, Email, Factura, Seria and Anomoly Note: this anomoly are errors that the user will find on the page [login to view URL] 5. When someone clicks on send for the form they entered the info, the answer they give could be right or wrong the anomoly. If it's wrong it should let them play again. 6. If it's a right answer it saves that answer and user to a table in the DB 7. There should be a timeout of like 20:00 hours at the end of the month to choose the winner. 8. Also their answer is posted to their wall.
