Hi, just a word about why it takes so long: it's because I actually build all the prototypes: no virtual simulators. As second, I need some info which I did not understood: Heater Control Circuit Video. What kind of video you mean ? Then, from my understanding, you need the PCB with wired outputs to Arduino and a simple program that will show that the connections to sensors works, is this correct ? I also have a doubt about Triac controller, exactly what do you need ? Should it be "zero crossing" ? Should it be on-off or proportional ? The circuit board design to the level required is a project in its own right. The source code can be done but difficult to properly test without all of the hardware. I do have the thermocouple and a pressure sensor in stock so basic functionality tests can be performed. My bid is significantly higher than others because this is not a trivial project. I would also recommend integrating the mcu into the pcb through a plug in socket, that way there's no pesky wires joining them, and the mcu and sensors can share a common psu. I also have a better mcu in mind than an arduino, similar source code and development environment but much more capable, plus it features wifi connectivity which means you can control everything through a built in web page.
