Hi there, are you also tired of all the copy-paste bids you receive? I wish people could stop doing it. By the way I do have a drawing graphics tablet and I could draw a sketch of a double hand for your 'plcgoods' logo. But unfortunately, I'm not an animator. I'm sorry for that. Perhaps I can still be able to help you to draw the sketch?
Who am I?
I'm Dimitar Zlatanski, logo designer from Bulgaria. I design professional logos that can be used on websites, social media, or printed.
I was wondering why do you need such a strange sketch animated and used as a logo? Is it for a video, or are you going to use it as a GIF on a website? I hope you won't, because that won't work since logos aren't meant for this.
A logo should be made in 'vector format', which means creating it with shapes and curves that can be scaled infinitely without quality loss. That's why you should create your logo in Adobe Illustrator or similar program rather than Photoshop.
In your case (if you really want such a logo for your business), you should have the sketch drawn with vector lines. For instance, I use a software called Affinity Designer which has a pencil tool that draws vector shapes and supports my drawing tablet - XP Pen Deco 1 v2.
If you need a professional logo for plcgood (similar to the ones shown in my profile), perhaps I can create a logo that better fits your business, in vector format so you can avoid a blurry logo.
Thanks a lot for your time, let me know if I can help!
