Wordpress Redesign PSD

**NOTE: This is not a WORDPRESS THEME PROGRAMMING JOB. This is graphic design, layout in PSD.** I have a rough design and layout for a Wordpress design that I want to create. I need someone with creativity and inspiration that can take my initial concept and breathe more life into it because I just don't have the time myself. I do not want my current design polished, I want it reworked... my design is a concept that I like but I want redesigned by someone else with a creative idea. I will go into greater detail in regards to my design, what I like and don't like and how I would like the direction of the new design to take. There are certain elements to my design that I absolutely love, but I just want them reworked. --- Wordpress design concepts that I like certain aspects to... I like this setup: [login to view URL] but I don't like the slider at the top... I do like my header at the top... possibly with some lead room before the site. I definitely want a few things to be uniform... like the buttons. Something polished, silver-like with a hover that makes the button give the effect it lights up. Something like these are nice [login to view URL] ## Deliverables **IMPORTANT!** - The PSD design needs to be full-page design... as it should look when it gets sliced and dropped into XHTML. - The PSD designed must be organized properly. I don't want merged layers or smart objects. I want a good folder and layer structure so I can open the PSD and turn on / off things I want / don't want without having to spend a significant amount of time tweaking. The layers need to be named and grouped properly. eg: [Header] - headicon_fb - headicon_twtr - headbg Remember that I am very proficient in Photoshop and I don't want to have to go searching through 100 unnamed layers. I do not want a bunch of random canned responses, if you have read this section please mention stevia in your bid so I know you actually took the time to read out the details. Anything else I'll ignore and consider spam.
