Turn http://myfriendbin.com into an iOS App.

I purchased an app that was supposed to work for this website, but it doesn't. I've turned the site into a webview app with push notifications, but apple will not allow that. I'm looking for someone who can take my website, and turn it into an app. The website works perfect on mobile phone, but I would rather people be able to just click an app and log in, and also have the option to get push notifications.
