iPhone/iPad easy customizable app

I need a very easy iPhone/iPad application that must open a domain in internal browser (no closing app and open safari) without navigation toolbar and without footer bar. What I really need to create more application like that so I need an easy customization of application's name, application's logo and domain to open in the internal browser. So with a good documentation that tell me where change this parameter and compile a new application and new again and so on. Before bid please show me some iPhone/iPad application with browser integration you made.
