I am looking for a serious company (or individual person) who has experiences in bulk mailing services. Please consider that I don't want to build a server for me, I would like to use a ready solutions. I have neighter base of my subscribers (around 15k and max 5% bounce rate) but also purchased ones (really a lot). I would prefer to work with a fixed campaignes like for example one day I need to send 10k and other 100k. Please note that I will require TEST (if you cannot perform then do not bid) which will determinate if you server is strong enough to reach at inbox at least somewhere (gmail/yahoo/hotmail) and based on that we can consider price for services. Also I am tired of people who are trying to offer manual work and VPS 1with 1 IP and smtp from there (which I could have for 3$ monthly). So if you can realize points mentioned above then kindly bid ! regards
