Illustrator required for 4/5 scenes and animal characters

Hi there, Style: soft colours in a hand drawn, painterly style Scenes: Countryside taken from a number of photos provided Characters: x1 Dog (needs to be a German Shepherd), x1 Cat (any breed) Overview: We are creating 30 second animation for a client this Christmas - the idea being that we following the journey of a dog on his way home to their offices, running through the snow in town, finally opening the front door of the client offices and a cat walks out to greet him. Requirements: - We require 4/5 scenes to be illustrated, which we will then fade from one to another here. Artwork to be supplied at 1024px x 576px in size please. - We also require the creation of the dog and cat character in a few different poses, which we can then animate gently to give the feeling of movement Our available budget for this work is £429 in total.
