Earth design project for a website with Earth

Please do not bid before reading. I will not work with automatic request bidders!!!!! We are launching a large social network of travel&meet so a social network for all travelers that want to connect to each other. We have tried to design the home page for over 3 month now with many designers and they all failed to achieve the result we need. What we need is someone who can create a nice looking earth map as the main theme of the design. Examples are available by attachment pictures. Second page and others will be more simple to design. I would pay $1000 per page and i have 5 pages to design + app design so total 5k budget. However for us to work with anyone we need some kind of proof that you can achieve the design we need. Talking is so easy and many designers told us fairy tale stories but we need proof. I have spent enough money on this and not willing to be fooled so thanks for understanding. I have the psd files of the attached pictures so modifying the files is easy. I will tell what is the problem with the design and if you can make it better then your hired.
