I am building a bi-directional amplifier which would boost the signal of the transmitter & receiver .
I have finished all the circuits but I still have issues related to the driver circuit for the SPDT Switch .
The switch has a typical switching speed (Ton and Toff) <15nSec. The circuit driver for the switch that I have drawn has typical Fall/Rise 35nSec and it will turn on and off the switch within 50nSec as the author of the switch claims in their application notes.
I need confirmation if this driver will turn on and off the switch within 50nSec and I need to know the delay between 2 control lines VC1 and VC2 .
I have also draw another circuit driver that would also provide 35nSec for fall/Rise, but the delay between 2 control lines is about 120nSec. This is another issue .
I want someone who could suggest which driver circuit to use and then you can tune the sugggested circuit, since I want the driver to turn On and off the switch TGS2351 within 15nSec, but also I want to know what would be the delay in this situation . I will also have an issue after fixing the speed of the switch driver circuit . RF1K49093 should be also tuned or can possibly replaced to suit the speed required for the driver voltage control (0/5v) . [login to view URL] .
There is no specific time frame for this project , but the sooner the better. Please see the attached drivers with the datasheet of the switch and also the application notes to the switch . You can choose the fastest driver and tune it .
I will send the full circuit through private.
