Review of a PCB Schematic

Hello, I need someone to review a schematic that was made for me and to make sure all the pin layout are correct. The PCB board consists of 2 components a UHF reader module with a serial ttl connection and POE connection. The PCB board is to be a Raspi-Hat and so the two components are to send data/power back to the Pi. The schematic is complete, I only need it to be reviewed by an expert. If changes are to be made we can discuss this as well.
