Design mini Raspberry Pi electronic circuit (on a PCB board)

I have my electronic gadget's prototype done using Raspberry Pi 3 and it is working very well. I also have the casing design of the gadget completed. I will be making a 3D print of it. I will provide the drawings for the casing in your preferred format when i award you with the project. The device runs on linux OS and will boot up when the power is switched on and will stay in operation (running a python based software in the background) until the power source is depleted. Now i need a talented freelancer to DESIGN a circuit board to fit the following components into a PCB board with the following dimensions (85mm (L) by 15mm (W)): 1. 32GB SD card (removable) 2. GPU - please propose specs 3. CPU - please propose specs 4. Power input from a battery source (connected by wire) - need the battery to last up to 3 days and both cameras will be in operation when the accelometer detects motion when user is commuting to and from work or school. 5. SIM card port (need to access card slot with a pin like an iphone) 6. Two LED buttons 7. One main camera (connected to PCB by wires) 8. A second camera (connected to PCB by wires) 9. A buzzer speaker 10. Accelometer Part One (40% of the work): Please take note that you are required to design a circuit board to fit all the above components into the PCB board so that it can be mounted onto a casing using a software like Easyeda. [login to view URL] Part Two (60% of the work): I will test your circuit board by putting all the components into a bread board and make a working protoype. You need to propose all the required components and the circuit design. You will also work with me to troubleshoot if there are any issues. This project is like making a PCB board for a mini Raspberry Pi. You may use an existing circuit board (opened sourced) and modify from there. Lastly, as i plan to manufacture this device, your proposed components must be easily accessible and cheap to source with standard online pricing. I need to be able to speak with the freelancer via voice chat in order to explan the project in details. I will also provide more information once the project is awarded.
