Dear, I have experience and based on project description, it can be done quickly and without risk to loose any emails, but before start, it is important to check/consider a few points: * the forecast to transfer emails depend of email server where is running roundcoube * do you have the the expertise to handle DNS servers/registers? * during 72h after start migration should be monitored the both server in order to guarantee catch all incoming emails during migration * how is the contact set up?
