We are small builders who do jobs on a time and materials basis. We have 4 categories, Labour / Subcontractors / Plant Hire & Rubbish / Materials. Each week workers hand write timesheets, then this is transposed to Work Summary Books, then this is transposed to Excel spreadsheets (which look exactly the same) and these then tally up to be an invoice. Surely we can just fill in one timesheet (online?) then have it all roll into an invoice. The invoices are all in excel and they often lose formatting etc. This is simple workflow but it nees to be created to reflect our existing paperwork. [login to view URL] ------ 2. Is this possible to be made into a mobile app? Say on a tablet?

Good Evening! I have an MBA in Accounting and have been in the construction business for over 15 years and am very good with the time and material invoicing. I can break it down to 15 minute increments and make sure everything would configure properly. I use Peachtree accounting software but I can also use QuickBooks. I prefer using Peachtree as I have used it for over 25 years and am very good at what I do. One question for you; why is this a fixed price job? I can do all your accounting for all your jobs for you. I am very good at job costing and reports pertaining to each job. I also am very good with government jobs and certified payrolls. In essence, I can make your life a whole lot easier, if you will give me the chance. I would do all your accounting for you on an hourly basis at first, to set everything up, and then we could talk about possibly a monthly fee. I won't rake you over the coals or low-ball just to get the job. I work for my pay and I earn what I should. Let's talk more about this via Skype. My Skype username is rachellemuller.
