I need a bartering/trading website where users can go and submit items they no longer need and want to trade. I will need it customized exactly the way I need it to be, so I will need to have someone that can communicate often and with good english.
I will need the programmer to be able to create all graphics for the website, and will need everything created, I do not want anything taken/stolen from other websites. I will also need to incorporate paypal into the website where users can purchase credits as a way to pay for the bartering/trading system.
Please ask any questions you may have. Please PM me and I will show you a website that currently works the way I need mine to, but I will have mine done a little different. I am not looking for a clone website! Also, the website can either be done using PHP or .NET, preferably .NET but either is fine. You must also have good graphic design skills.
