Hello I have recently done quite similar circuit, I can help you out. Apparently it looks like you have glitches coming from either your power supply rails or you might need to add a light low pass filter on your inputs. There is also a possibility that the glitch coming during the transition stage when the peak detector just attempts to hold the peak the time when input just falling down from its peak value. I wish I could share the snapshots of my work.
