Assembly or C program for Altera De1 board

I am looking for a person who can program a code for Altera DE1 board, we want program in either assemby language or C, your preference. We just need a working program for the game. The game needed to be program is snake. specifications are attached. This is just a testing project if given a better deal and a quality work, candidate can be selected for better and large projects.
