Admin helping process orders on Quickbooks and emailing warehouse and making sure customers get their product

We run an online business selling solar systems and batteries for boats and vans. We need help making sure our orders (coming in online and over the phone) are entered as invoices into Quickbooks and then after payment, the warehouse is emailed to ship orders out. If orders are partial we need help getting customers on the backorder list and then filling them when parts come in. After orders have been shipped, sending an email to the customer with the tracking number and some other information depending on what they have ordered. We also need help adding our unfilled orders (happens when we have an order but are out of stock for an item) to the backorder list and then letting the warehouse know to fill the orders once inventory is replenished. Help with inventory levels and letting the purchasing person know to purchase more of various items as stock gets low would also be helpful. Work we expect to be 15 minutes to 2 hours daily, weekends checking in occasionally. Work from anywhere. We communicate via skype, email, phone and text.

I will ensure all partial order are added to the backorder list and then filling them when parts come in. After orders have been shipped, I will send an email to the customer with the tracking number and some other information depending on what they have ordered.
