I am looking for a competent Java developer to create a simple RTMP server using Java IO (not NIO) and a threaded model. It should accept an incoming connection from any RTMP-capable application, such as Flash Media Live Encoder, and send the output video/audio in a FLV container to a standard OutputStream (so, for example, it can saved to a file via a FileOutputStream or forwarded on). The nginx rtmp module's source may be useful, but it is written in C, and I need a Java implementation. Please do not rely on or suggest Flazr as this does not meet my needs.
