XML Slideshow with Ken Burns Effect - Improvment

Hi! We had made a flash photo transition a few months ago. The flash transition is xml based. Initially we had a source of flash files but because our requirement we customized it. It works fine but when the xml has more than 15-20 photos the animation is really of bad quality of smoothness. We need someone to make it work fine. The xml manages pictures but also text. All files needed will be sent in PM. Many thanks.
