Redesign a website to a new theme

Hi, I have a working website which is currently a board for people to sell their second hand cars (used cars board), This is a well designed website and is working properly. Now, what is needed - A full redesign for this board to a social gaming meetings and gatherings, this means that a person can add a post saying "A monopoly game is played today at this address etc' etc'", the board would be for social gamings like card games, board games and etc' The theme should be very professional and original. You will get aspx files, css files and all of the website (without the aspx code behind of course) and you will return a full redesigned website with the new theme, all aspx objects and everything should be put into place, this means that the re-designed website would be funcional. Currently the website is css, not tabular, and it should stay that way. If needed psd files of the current design would also be provided. There are abould 20 pages needed to be redesigned, although most of them are just informatic pages with same design repeated, only few unique page design on this project. The serious bidders would get the address for the current website (the one with the used cars board). A new Logo would also be needed. Currently the website includes several flash adds (of inside sections), this would be a bonus for the designer.
