Quick WP Tweaks Needed Today

Quick WP project needed today. Immediate Start required. MUST have extensive WP experience with proven skills. [login to view URL] 1. Banner Rotator in header needs installing. I tried to find the Banner placeholder code in header called 'Top Ads' (that I think is part of the Woo Theme) and contains an affiliate banner. I need this banner to be deleted and be replaced with a plugin so I can add banners myself and add affiliate url's as and when required. I am new to WP. I have installed 2 plugins, take your pick IF they are credible plugins for what I wish to do. AdRotate and Max Banner Ads. If these are not good let me know so we can install a replacement. I was looking for this code in the php files, but I failed.
