Newsletter plugin for Wordpress site

Need a simple WP newsletter plugin that enables the following: 1. Admin chooses language (from a drop-down list, there are 6 languages in the website) 2. Article list is displayed (only the chosen lng) 3. Admin chooses articles 4. Admin chooses contacts from contact DB (admin can select category(-ies) or expand categories and select individual emails): Admin can administer contacts. Contact is made of: Name, company, email Category (admin can create categories) Language (admin can specify language, drop-down list) 5. The newsletter is formed from the chosen articles (the html is ready and will be provided) and sent to selected contacts (if they speak the language that was chosen in the beginning). Additional feature: possibility to schedule the newsletter to be sent on specific time (Cron will be available on the server). (The website to use the plugin is being developed right now. It will be WP based)
