change gravatar popup for wordpress

We want experienced developer who will be able to do the following: 1. there will be a button <a href="...">Change Profile Picture</a> 2. when the user clicks the button a pop up will show up. it will show the current gravatar of the user in the popup. below which will be a Change Picture button . 3. when the user clciks change picture, window file selection will open up for the user to select the picture. 4. the selected picture should be shown on the screen and the button changed to Upload Image. 5. When the user clicks Upload Image the image is uploaded. the popup is closed and the gravatar is changed on the screen.
