533305 Redesign Wordpress Website (Mainpage Only)

i have a wordpress site and everything is run smooth so far. However, i plan to redesign my Mainpage only (of course also the next page) which will be same as file attached. The header, footer, sidebar still remain the the same. the different is:- 1. the pic is using thumbnail size (automatic detect/generate, to reduce the size of image & loading time) 2. the text is align just beside the pic. (that will be no additional work to manually copy content to excerpts for all post) 3. the pic is link to the permalink of the post. Thanks.
