create an windows agent that collects information and send them to a server online

1. Who we are: an IT services company 2. Who are our customers: companies and businesses with an IT infrastructure 3. Our project: to create a network monitor 4. What we want to be done now: create an EXE agent that is installed on windows PCs and Servers that connects and send the information online to a server 5. Server Side is not within the scope of this project but you are required to give us multiple options on how the agent will connect to the online server 6. agents can send the information directly online 7. OR the information of all the agents is uploaded by one central agent only 8. We want to push new configuration from our servers to the agent 9. Agent should work on windows 7 8 10 10. Agent also can download its own update from our server (directly or through a central agent) 11. Agent will run as a service 12. agent needs an icon tray that will indicate the status (connected / not connected) 13. agent has a window were we can configure a. internet settings, like proxy settings b. direct connection to server or through a central agent c. choose the central agent 14. file has to small and does not use a lot of memory 15. a log file is to be created for the connection to troubleshoot in case of error 16. agent configuration is to be saved in a standalone .ini file 17. The AGENT will collect this information for now: a. PC name b. User connected c. CPU usage d. Memory e. Network f. Antivirus installed g. Windows version h. Windows installed SP updates or CU updates i. Desktop/laptop/server j. Email account installed
