Windows Instructional Videos/Documentation for Novice Users

Hi I need a quote for production of some IT instructional videos. Each video will last between 3 and 10 minutes on a number of subjects. The provider must have a good understanding of Windows, as they would be given just the headline requirement. For Example (How to Reset Internet Explorer) would be given to the developer and they would be expected to know how to do this without further instruction from me. All videos are being developed for novice computer users, so no assumptions about their level of knowledge can be taken. Thus, every video must be a “Step by Step” guide showing all possible clicks and selections for the viewer. If possible, a running commentary on every step would be included in the video, so the provider should be able to provide a very clear English speaking voice with no heavy accents, so that anyone can understand the commentary. I need a quote for: • 1 Video • 10 Videos • 100 Videos I am also looking for written “Step by Step” instructions to go alongside the videos. If you can provide this also then please include this in your quotes. The project will not be awarded in the next few days.
