Dear Sir, I have a good experience in IT Helpdesk tasks , and I am working in Internet Service Provider company as a IT System Administrator , please check below my tasks. •Installation and administration for a large server farm with different operating systems (Windows , Linux ) and different applications (Active Directory, Exchange mail server,DNS ) and different web applications ( apache , tomcat, glassfish and IIS ) •Perform various types of OS installations (Linux / Windows). •Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. •Perform systems backups and recovery procedures. •Implementing, configuring and upgrading systems and applications. •Managing multiple servers’ platforms (Linux / Windows). •Support of operating systems and applications. •Keeping up to date with the latest technology (hardware, software, apps) in the arena, enabling the business to try out the latest technology. •Documenting the existing infrastructure and suggest improvements to this environment. •Working with the business to improve performance and efficiency of their applications. •Maintain systems availability and performance.
