Our windows server has been down by [login to view URL]!K32GetProcessMemoryInfo , we think. This server is used for Oracle and OS is Windows2008. Would you check the server log and report and fix the current issues ? You can see the server directly by Remote desk top. Hello So when you say down, you don't mean 'down inaccessible' ? Can you help me understand what is the state of the machine, is it still inspectible via GUI ? CLI ? Or just Crashing certain process (VB6). I can certainly look at it and we can perhaps start by just looking at exported system eventlog. Suggest how to proceed. Regards p.s.
