Convert a Windows Loan management software into an online or Mac program

Hi I am in the mortgage management industry. I currently have an offline loan management software that runs in Windows 7. I would like to first re-brand the software and change the look of it, but keep the functions the same. Then I would like to convert this software into a software that can be used on a Mac Os or as an online program that can be used embedded on a website to be used exclusively online.
