WordPress Design with Customized CMS and FTP interface

Please do not give a generic response to this project. Generic responses will be ignored. I would like to have a site created. The general site specs are as follows: 1. Template based site that has 2 sections, one a conventional website and a second which is a blog 2. Content Management System (preferably utilizing Word Press and an extended editor plug-in like FCK Editor or Tiny MCE or Xinha to expand the formatting capabilities in the native Word Press install) 3. An ftp interface with the ability to upload audio, image and/or flash video files of pre-selected dimensions directly into a pre-selected position on a templated page without using external FTP software 4. Functions in 3. above fully Integrated with an audio/video player (most likely Jeroen’s media player or the Semiologic MediaCaster plug-in) 5. A way to name and number the audio, image and video files so that the files can be easily kept track of and easily named and numbered when being uploaded to a new page. 6. The templated design should be standards compliant and utilize CSS for easy modification That is basically it. I hope I have made my vision clear. Please let me know if you have any questions.
