I want to set up a property rentals site similar to homeaway.com. Obviously there would be differences, but use this as the basis for your quote. Note that site requires user account creation (to store favourites, and list property details), and a well structured database so that parameterised searches can be run. As well as photos and descriptions, each property needs to show what dates it is available for. I would supply the entire front-end, that is :information architecture, graphic design, sitemap, xhtmlcss templates. I require the development of the 'back-end' and the administrative system / cms (where site administrators can edit content, add properties and manage user accounts. If letting end-users create property listings themselves involves a significant extra cost over having this managed by site administrators then please provide 2 quotes, with and without this option.
