Polish off the design of my SquareSpace Creative Portfolio

[login to view URL] Squarer XSpace website. A Creative Director's Portfolio with About Me, My work, Philosophy and Framework included. KEY IMMEDIATE FACTORS FOR ME TO BE POLISHED. Please not if using a Mac that Everyone in Media will have a shitty Lenovo laptap (so many images can't be viewed in their entirety) and an oldish Samsung smartphone. 1. All content I have on every page is too low and mostly below the fold. All content has to come up much higher on the page. Impossible to know there is a video there as well at the moment. As high as possible. Doesn't work at all when viewed on a mobile. 2/3rds of the mobile screen is just white/blank. 2. Don't want to have any 'white/blank' template pages with blocks on them or just written navigation text ie the work landing pages. Please see the notes for more detail. What background images should we use so that all text and writing in the blocks is still legible? When looking at Automotive landing page stock image from SS will probably do. But prefer using my work. In other sections definitely from my work. Again see attached notes. I'm hoping point 1 is really easy and quick to sort out. Seemed it when I looked it up on YT. In fact most of the points did so I'm hoping with the ease with which SS is set-up this can all be done relatively quickly/cheaply. It's a modular template system after all. All assets (images, video links, text) are already saved in the SS Management system. Few other pieces of polishing to go live live required.
