Mobile app for news push notificaion from joomla post

I have a running joomla website for news reporting. I want a ios app and android app that will receive news from the website as push notification. - iphone/ipad ios5.x up - inside the app there is 3 catagory * main page for news posts + main post windows will show as stacked view of title and first 300 chars - under each post will have date-time - and Read More. > in read more page : will display full contents of news posts with media ( image, sound or video) without any joomla frame/menu.. etc * full website view + will display full website of joomla (like safari) * Facebook page view of our specific facebook page - refresh main page for news posts when open app or open from notification - main page for news post will have caches of 20 posts as default. if news posts available oldest post will go, if new post not available after refresh all 20post will be still there. - setting: clear caches, set number of post to be cached, character size adjustment, font changing, reading background color changer for main page for news posts. - when post a news post on website - push notification will go to ios and android app, also post a news feed in facebook. - ios and android app have to make a built in unicode fonts rendering due to unsupported by early ios
