Build responsive multivendor market place website with wordpress

- set up a multivendor market place Website with wordpress + mylisting theme - Existing examples: autoscout24, mobile or heycar in Germany - Website in German - Looking for a lean but modern design for our website - The main service of the website is to: provide a platform where vendors (local car dealers as well as private people) can list their cars we charge a listing fee (based on how many cars they want to advertise per month) → By doing so we create a platform which provides an overview of ALL cars available for sale. This allows people to check out what local dealers are offering before they make the unnecessary trip to a shop which may not have the car you are looking for. Website does not sell cars directly, just provides the platform and overview of the market - The website should have the following pages (1) landing/home page with basic search form which will include drop downs of brands and models (2) an explorer/listing page with listed objects based on your previous basic search. This page must have many advanced filter options with drop downs, click boxes etc which will then again narrow down the displayed options of cars (3) a detailed view per object/car page with all information about the selected car you chose to see in more detail (4) an upload page for people wanting to upload their cars/objects, with the following capabilities: Uploading of pictures and simple selection of product categories and further specs based on what item is uploaded (different upload categories should have different options available for selection, ie selling a car vs selling a trailer-> Only when selling a car should the seller be able to select things like Horsepower, leather seats, etc) Uploader MUST be easy to use but must be flexible in case we want to add more categories for selection later on If Uploader is able to “pre-fill” certain categories because it remembers the seller, that would be great (not sure if this is possible and not a priority) (5) Need an overview/ preview page which shows for the people who are uploading a car, what their ad/post would look like, before it is uploaded (6) Need a walk through for people wanting to assess their preferences and which car type might fit them best (Basic questions with Yes/No answer options. Based on the previous selected answer, narrows down options on what the person may be looking for. Algorithm? (7) “Profil” page for vendors and buyers: Should be able to sign in/register, Profil page should allow people to save searches and save specific cars should have messaging capabilities between buyers and sellers Buyers should be able to rate sellers (not priority but function for later on) (8) Page with News/Blog posts which we should later on easily be able to update ourselves regularly (9) Page which allows vendors to buy certain packages (listing fee packages), with capabilities to pay directly via Paypal, bank account etc and which then directly links to that persons Profile and gives them the capability to post an add or number of ads based on what package they bought (10) Simple “About us” page with contact form (11) FAQ Page (...) Further pages such as data privacy, and other legally required pages Later-on adjustments performed by us should be possible (such as changing color, adding more car models or advanced search options) - Book keeping software should be able to run on website, also creation of newsletter and sign up should be possible - Would appreciate to work with a freelancer who is still eligible for add-on work in case future major adjustments or problem solving / bug fixes - Other important aspects: security, scalability, reliability, ability for advertisements - Further details to be described at beginning of the project - Please provide an offer with details of previous experience, programming language to be used, costs, timeframe, ability for add-on work. - Also let us know what additional information you need to build this website for us
