I am looking to provide my B2B (Trade) customers with the ability to view and order available stock. I am happy to utilise and modify an existing back end stock availability and auto invoicing system rather than build one from scratch. The following functionality is important: Access from anywhere (cloud based) Password protected log in (customers and administrator) Data held in one place Ability to push / auto update stock availability and pricing to other websites Ability to have different pricing for different geographical regions Auto updates availability when stock sold Stock on hold function and manual override of price and stock (Administrator) Page for description of stock item Ability to download description of stock item pdf Auto invoice Order list report for trade customers Past sales report for trade customers The following functionality is nice to have but not essential: Roll over for detailed diagram of stock item Email customers (weekly) with special offers Ability to have different currency for different geographical regions Stock on hold Aged debtor report Mobile enabled This is meant to be a back end system that is not accessible to the general public so does not need to look "pretty".
