Hello, My site is [login to view URL] but need a lot of modifications. I need to rebuild it. 1- I need fast load of pages. 2- W3C validations 3- Upgraded Joomla and Hot Property component (Or new CMS if you want) 4- Affiliate program, link exchange directory 5- Detailed search module, search by property number 6- Properties: guestbook, availability calendar used by owners themselves, google map, etc. 7- Site in English, French and Spanish (i give the translation) 8- I need a "last minute section". Owners will have to pay to ad here. 9- I need a onsite email, like this people have to pay a 10% commission on the site for each rental done. 10- I have a lot of specifications more, I will explain in detail. All the content already exists, We just need to redo the site. MY MAXIMUM BUDGET IS 150$. Please do not bid OVER. I need somebody with a lot of experience. I need job done fast. Thanks Vlad
