Website and shopping cart

We are in need of a talented company or individual to help finish the design of our website and incorporate a shopping cart for our high traffic website. Most of the design work is done but not completely (have flash and Photoshop files). We need a few design changes and need help in that area. Immediate need of someone with vast site building experience that can lead us in the right direction. We are a manufacturer of display cases for the sports memorabilia industry. The shopping cart needs needs to be highly versatile, highly professional, Completely Search Engine Optimized ( web 2.0 style standards) and be similar to [login to view URL] and have features offered on Volusion. We are not sure if it is better to hire someone to incorporate our design into [login to view URL] or use a separate shopping cart. Open to any suggestions... Maybe two different prices for both options.. Either way, site must be completed with all our options before payment is made or funds are released. Must be Expertise in Ajax, CSS, MySQL.
